Remodel of 8 unit apartment
This beautiful 100 year old building ran into a little trouble and had to be taken down to the studs. We brought her back to the elegant lady she used to be. The minute you enter the building you are greeted with warmth and sophistication topped with a copper ceiling, cove lighting, chandeliers, beautiful picture molding and hardwood floors. We added sconces at each apartment door, raised door numbers and door knockers. A traditional style black and grey area rug set the tone for each of the units. We used the rug as wall to wall carpet in the bedrooms as well as the area rug for the living room. Leather sectionals made sure of comfort and a great place to relax and watch TV, a desk and place to work and high quality beds and bedding that make a real statement of luxury and relaxation.
